Introduction

Welcome to Dominion Court Apartments. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you should not use our services.

Booking Terms

1. Reservations: All bookings must be made online at dominioncourt.com.ng or via phone call/WhatsApp at +2347038828418. Reservations are subject to availability.
2. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Payments can be made via bank transfer to Zenith Bank account 1219695924 (Dominion Court Ltd) or using credit/debit cards on our website.
3. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
4. Modifications: Changes to reservations can be made by contacting us directly. All modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Payment Terms

1. Accepted Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer and credit/debit cards. Payment details must be provided at the time of booking.
2. Billing: All charges, including accommodation, amenities, and additional services, will be billed to the guest’s account and must be settled in full upon check-out.
3. Late Payments: Late payments will incur additional fees. Dominion Court Apartments reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.

Apartment Use

1. Occupancy: The number of occupants must not exceed the maximum occupancy specified for each apartment type.
2. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out time is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping services are provided. Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment during their stay.
4. Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the apartment or its contents during their stay. The cost of repairs or replacements will be charged to the guest’s account.

Amenities and Services

1. Swimming Pool and Gym: Use of the swimming pool and gym is at the guest’s own risk. Guests must adhere to the posted rules and guidelines.
2. Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is provided for guests. Dominion Court Apartments is not responsible for any interruptions or issues with the internet service.
3. Security: 24/7 security is provided for the safety of our guests. However, guests are advised to take care of their personal belongings, as Dominion Court Apartments is not liable for any loss or theft.

Restaurant Terms

1. Operating Hours: The restaurant operates from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.
2. Reservations: Reservations for the restaurant can be made via phone or WhatsApp. Walk-ins are also welcome, subject to table availability.
3. Outside Food: No outside food or drinks are allowed in the restaurant.

General Terms

1. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. Designated smoking areas are available outside.
2. Pets: Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
3. Behavior: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests. Any guest causing disturbance may be asked to leave without refund.
4. Compliance: Guests must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during their stay.

Liability

1. Limitation of Liability: Dominion Court Apartments shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
2. Indemnification: Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dominion Court Apartments from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their stay.
